Renovation is Underway
The Palo Alto Art Center facility has grown to serving more than 70,000 visitors a year from its humble beginnings as City Hall forty years ago. But our aging building prevented us from meeting the increasing need for art in our community.
Thanks to our generous donors the Art Center has closed its doors for renovation. Our community-wide “Where Art Transforms” capital campaign has less than $70,000 left to raise to renovate the Art Center. The Art Center believes that everyone is an artist, and that our improved facility will better serve the artist in everyone.
The Art Center will open its newly renovated doors in the Summer of 2012.
